Tobii Eye Tracker Developer using C/C++

I need a Tobii Eye Tracker developer. You should not use Tobii as a replacement for the mouse (using only their device drivers). The program should connect to the device and read the gaze position. This way the program will be able to use mouse and gaze simultaneously and independently (e..g know that you are looking at pixel (100,200), while the cursor is at position (300, 400). The Tobii developer website seems to have an API implementation that uses C/C++ to connect to the device. The major functionalities of Tobii 4C eye tracker that need to be implemented are look+click to save, right click to open gaze-menu select something So I was thinking a student registration system where the admin will look and click to save, delete and edit the student information, Then selection from eye tracker can be done by selecting a checkbox or radio button during the student registration (male or female, modules from the checkbox). Also, then using eye tracker right click and open the menu which has the options of operations such as add new, edit, view and delete.
