I ended the CONTROLLER(PID controller) part based on Arduino, I want to complete to odometry then SLAM and path planning. The programmer must be fluent with ROS integrated with SLAM using kinect camera and be patient.

We will start from odometry using robot localization Ros package, then using laser scanner or Kinect we will apply one of the SLAM algorithms (gmapping or RTAB-MAP) to localize and build the map. Relevant Skills and Experience I am fluent in ROS with cpp and python. My GP was in SLAM and I have build a real hardware robot that SLAM indoor unkown environment and build anmap to it using gmmaping and RTAB-MAP algorithms.
