Develop some modifications to the old Quake3 game

I am taking a guess. Even on official Quake3 forums I cannot find anybody to hire. I need to bring some small modifications to the old Quake3 game. Quake3 is now open-source. Among other things, I want to: -Set different gravity for different characters. Right now we can change, but it affects ALL characters. -Set different music for different stages. Or at least, load mine for all stages. -Add a kick weapon like in Brutal Quake, that would do a little bit of damage only to the enemy, but push him back away. -Allow crosshair graphic to be bigger on the screen and to rotate when shooting, just like when getting the accuracy power-up. -Allow to load a different PNG graphic on top of the HUD for each character, to simulate different helmets. -Make blood particles bigger. And ideally, blood splats should also stick to ceilings and walls, and stay for long time, just like in Brutal Quake. I want the game to be as gory as possible. -The more damage one takes, the more his HUD shows cracked glass PNGs, so it becomes harder for him to target. However, he gains a speed boost to compensate (like a berserk mode). -Head damage does 200% damage. Leg damage slows speed up to by half. -Laser crosshairs; a crosshair that is not necessarily in perfect center of the screen always, but instead sticks to walls, ceilings, enemies, etc. Just like a real laser. Should be able to load my own PNG graphic. I don't expect only one person to be able to do all this.
