Dear All, My company requires a clone of [login to view URL] complete with all the features intact. The program scans over 4 billion web pages to find copied content within one or more master documents. It is a copyright infringement/ plagiarism detector. It provides a copied score in % and highlights matched content on the master document in red and provides a link to all the web pages with matching material in question. Once the link to any of the matching web pages is clicked, the master and web page in question are shown side by side in full with all copied content outlined on both in red. The reason for our need for you is that the program we bought from canexus has now stopped working after some 2 years - and they also have no working e-mail addresses - try [login to view URL] for example. Initial research shows that they may have used a gateway through Google and that ahs been blocked or has broken down. We would like full or shared resale rights to the program, and it must be able to store all the documents it scans from third party customers into our in-house storage systems. This is a very serious and complex project, made even more difficult by the fact that there is not a working version for you to look at, so please do research everything in detail before you bid and I look forward to doing business with the winning bidder!
