Program Created For Setting up artwork for CNC Router

Hi. I am after a qualified software developer to create a program for our business. We run a manufacturing business where we use a cnc router to cut out timber names, words, etc. I am after someone to develop a program for me that will automatically set up the names to the correct format by simply entering the text and hitting create. At the moment the names are created manually in vector software (corel draw). Each letter is welded to the next.
