192140 C# .NET Graphics Component

MOST IMPORTANT - WHOEVER BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT MUST SHOW SOME PREVIOUS CAPABILITIES IN WINDOWS GRAPHING! We require a vertical strip chart component developed. This is a windows graph component which can be added into a pictureBox or similar windows control. The functionality, scaling and content of the component would be configurable using properties of the component. In essence its a normal strip type scrolling chart but instead of running horizontally from left to right it would run vertically from top to bottom. There is a standard format for this type of plot which can be shown in the attached documents. The component must also be able to send the current display to any suitable windows printer device as well. More detailed info can be found in the attached documents
