Qt-C++ Client-Server Application

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a professional developer who can code in C++ with Qt libraries. I have a incomplete code of the software. I need some serious candidate who can work on my project seriously. The client-server are exchanging windows messages. So, you should be aware of windows messaging API and network programming. The person needs to work on AUDIO/VIDEO streaming using C++ and windows API without any external libraries. Also, google maps have to integrated and IP address has to be placed on google maps. Plus fix some additional working funcationality. A right candidate could be one, who has knowledge about the RAT. So, if you know how to code RAT then you can do it very easily. So, this time i am not gonna pay in advance at any cost. I can go with milestones but I will only release the milestone when i am satisfied with your work. I will need regular updates from you on my project, so that i know how project is progressing. By updates, i mean i need to see the work, i don't just want to listen to random stories. I want you to talk to me about the project and fully understand the requirements in advance and tell me the estimated time which you will take to complete this application. The software is almost complete but i am not able to find a right candidate who can complete it in the right manner and on time. And remember, this project is just a start, i have a lot of work in this project to be done later, once this software is ready. I am open for you suggestions and adjustments. But you have to be faithful with me on the project and should deliver on time. And yes, i will see you previous work done first and also the references. So, if you don't have anything to show me.
