75799 command line Text Messaging

A console C based application that sends text messaging using [login to view URL] site (There is a Developer PHP demo script available on the site that works using PHP on the web). I want the C code to post a text message to the web site (like a web browser). A [login to view URL] file that would load the user/key information user = demo key = SMSEVERYWHERE.COM-nNXb A [login to view URL] file that contains data information phone = 9998881111 subject = Test message message = Hello world! priority = URGENT The data can also get passed thru a command line parameter /P /S /M. The application should ignor the [login to view URL] if any of the command line options exists. It should compile under visual studio 6.x. Will need source binary and documentation. THIS IS A DEMO AND THERE WILL BE FOLLOW UP WORK.
