I would like to create a program that will allow me to make my own questions, have blanks to fill in my questions, then take the answers and place it in a MS Word, MS Excel, or MS PowerPoint document in a paragraph format. In other words taking the answers to the questions, (whether the answers are words, path to, excel worksheets, pictures, etc). Merge them into one of the three formats, compile a finished document of my choice. I have attached a file that is something that I want, with some exceptions and some points that need to be added.

Hello.I have experience with document solutions similar to the one you are describing, I can do this for you in a few days. What would be nice is to add a "type" to the questions you create so that if it's a picture a nice browse for file is displayed etc. Let me know this will interesting.
