Grant & CDBG Proposal

I am looking for an individual who is experienced in writing grants, redevelopment plans and is also a savvy researcher who is able to discover which grants would apply to my projects and provide adequate investment analytics to support the project and budgetary cost. My projects are based out of New Jersey so knowing or being able to research state grants, as well as federal grants, is a requirement. Currently, I am developing/ rehabilitating existing multi-family homes so support low-income and disabled individuals. I need to apply for grants that will be used towards the construction and design of the properties. I am looking for any type of grants that apply to such an undertaking, from exterior/structural renovations to interior remodeling and even an artistic makeover of the exterior walls. The grants in which this proposal should be reflective of is the HUD,CDBG & block grants. The properties are in areas that present the need for community development. The intent and usage of grant funds as outlined above must be considered when researching the city and applicable grants. The first objective would be to research and write a developmental proposal for the. Home, CDBG, Section 108 and Community development grants. I need someone that can research and develop a well thought out proposal/ Grant that outlines the needs, cost, development strategy and mission; based upon the plan in which I have developed. I have a great understanding of which grants I would apply for. However, I need someone to commence the full research and development of the proposal based upon what HUD and city officials look for when reviewing an application that fulfills the requirements. A local person would be great but not required.
