I am looking for a person to refine my business plan for me. The business plan has to predict at least 3 preferably 5 years of the business. I have a business plan that i quickly put together, and the numbers are not are not completely accurate. Also the grammar and the flow can use some upgrading. The business is a software/game development business. I am currently competing for a 5 million dollar loan from my state and working on another 2-3 million in investments by angel investors. What I need is for someone to research the plan and then fix what I may not have included.
I need to know every bit of information possible that is relevant about starting this type of business. Including starting wages for employees to the cost of furnishing the office building (at now I just have a flat number of $500,000 which is probably more than enough) and the development kits for the Xbox and PlayStation. At the time being there are about 55 employees including interns that are on the personal plan, some of which do not start until the second or third year. But if your research finds that more employees are needed feel free to do so but please keep the personal budgets as low as possible. Also the hierarchic of the business should stay about the same, its kind of untraditional but its made to save some money in the beginning (The CEO handles all of the administrative and clergic tasks for the first 2 years at which point a Director of Administration is hired while the Project Manager runs the programmers, artists and designers while the Director of Development Support will handle all of the audio, quality assurance/testing, and building support since the lease on a building will most likely be NNN)
I am currently using LivePlan to develop the plan and you can continue to do so or create from scratch if you would like. I would like to be kept in the loop while you create the business plan to make sure I agree with everything being put into the business plan since this is going to be used to get a large sum of start up money.
