I am looking for an architect to draw up plans for council submission in Rockhampton. I am a pensioner with limited funds. I have attached what I want the house to look like, want it to be a 4 x 2 with the kitchen to be indoor/outdoor, have a surround verandah. Building with sea containers, 2 stacks of 2, bottom 2 will be workshops, the top 2 will be the house with a span of 3 mtrs between the containers. The dimesions of the sea container would make the depth 18mtrs including the verandah, the width can only be 17mtrs, as the block is only 20mtrs wide. The verandah would act as a carport. The other version would be using 2 sea containers and building up the soil to be above flood level.
