Hi! I am an Engineer from Brazil. I have been working with floor plans for a while now. The only thing is that I have only worked with AutoCAD so far, and I am not familiarized with Chief Architect. Anyway, if the software is an absolute requirement, I am sure I will learn fast enough, as I will put a lot of effort into it. I have done a couple of designs for local people, and have been working with a company from California, doing as-build floor plans on Auto CAD Architecture. I can work daily if necessary, for about 4 hours, but can reschedule if necessary. I have very flexible hours. If there are any questions, send me a message, and I will answer promptly. Hello , I have long-standing experience with "AutoCad" and preparing of technical projects but I am not familiar with the USA standard for drifting. I can quickly and precisely drift conceptual and work projects. I also can shape drawing in "Photoshop" and shape the necessary quantitative calculations for completing the project.
