Developer needed for Bitcoin task classified website

Hi! I'm looking for a Web Developer who can build this exciting project for me. The project is a website which will enable users to post delivery tasks (fast-food, groceries, whatever) and for other users to bid on these tasks with their Bitcoins. The user who posted the task will then be able to choose from the bidders (based on a very simple reputation system) who will undertake the delivery task. I'm a Human-Computer Interaction practitioner and UX Designer, so I have some wireframes which can illustrate (in detail) what it is I'm looking for. However, I need someone who can discuss how we actually implement this and what changes would need to be made. Essential capabilities: -You'll handle the coding. -You'll have the communication skills to be able to explain why you have built things in a certain way. -You're coding will be clean and clear. Desirable but non-essential capabilities: -You'll be able to make the design responsive, so that it works across Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. -You'll be able to implement a Bitcoin escrow functionality. When the code is written, I'll need sufficient information written down so that if necessary another developer could implement any extra features, but if you're good, there will be repeat opportunities for work. Some knowledge of how Bitcoin payments can be made is necessary, but the simpler the better so it isn't too much to worry about.
