Home Addition project - project #2127

This is an addition of a home done a few years ago. Is only a 20' x 15' plus a corridor of an existing home. We need to prepare the permit plans to legalize it. The addition done is a kitchen area with a dining area. Includes a small deck area outdoors. TASKS ARE: -Review pictures and notes with dimensions of existing conditions. -Draft in cad the complete layout of the area, plus the entire perimeter of the home.(no need inside full home drafting). -Accommodate this in pages with titles and notes. Make site plan based on survey, that shows the location and affected areas. Split the plan in 2 to show how was before and how is after. You will be responsible to go over pictures and videos and ask for more info, if necessary. We will measure or take additional pictures if needed. No need to draft any other plans than architecture. We have more info if needed. To review files, START with SITE PLAN SCOPE OF WORK sketch and go over the numbers that refers to all HOME MEASUREMENTS files by number. (note that sketches were taken upside down). This is an easy and quick job, that could not take long. If you feel is complex is because you don't understand it correctly. Feel free to ask.
