Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - i think we already discussed about this enclosure (but the previous project was closed...) 2 - indeed, i will need the 3d model of the pcb (step file - if not the one i have...) and indications about the optical system 3 - the output files will be manufacturing ready (for injection molding) and you will have my full support for the required changes, as long as is not a total modification of the project 4 - i recall you were not decided on a certain design style... I would like if it's possible to help you with this project. Regarding the timing, I can provide you support for future "adaptation" for molding process. In theory, the engineers which will develop the machine for this device (molds), should provide you the solutions, does not matter how complicated the part is.
