Text to speech for 2000 files...

Hi, I have a list of around 2000 MP3 files (of Arabic words / audio) - see attached. I simply need you to attach the English audio to the beginning of all the MP3 files. I.e. the English audio must be heard first, then the Arabic audio. There must not be more than a 0.5 second gap between the English and Arabic audio. Then at the end of each of the MP3 files, (i.e. after the Arabic), I'd like a 1 second gap/silence. How to get the English audio? Well, each of the MP3 filenames already has the English word in there, so you need to use a decent TTS (Text To Speech) online tool to grab the audio for the English, then put that audio at the beginning of the relevant file. Obviously the volume of the English audio must be the same as the already included Arabic audio.
