XML Article Translation

This project require someone with extensive knowledge of XML and ASP. We need a solution for the following: Our website currently receives English XML files that are automatically placed in their respective category with its original XML article name on a section of our website. Everything is done automatically for us. WE receive the article from the providing website, then its placed in its corresponding category and given a name. What we want to do: We are developing the espanish version of the same website and we require that those same articles be translated into spanish and placed into the spanish website accordingly. The entire espanish website is a clone of the english site but in spanish. The XML and/or XML file must follow the already established XML and ASP procedures our current english website does that place the articles on our site. Whether a client needs to be installed or the XML page that obtains the feeds from the other article provider website needs to be edited, it must be done so that there is 100% compatbility between the spanish and english site. All XML articles need to be translated. I will provide our current XML file once a provider has been chosen. We run windows 2003 server with ms sql server. This project is very critical and may require continuos development. Do ask questions if you are unsure what exactly we want to achieve. This project may require ASP and XML programing or editing. Any comments or suggestions for this project are welcome. We are looking for best possible solution to this problem. A bonus will be provided to a provider that meets or exceeds our current requirements. As this project will most likely require further develpment, we will use the same provider for all tasks related to this project. We appreciate your interest.
