Web Hosting Site

Dear Programmers, I am looking for an expert website designer, or a team who has some experience in making a complete web hosting site. As I have a few projects going on I am low on funds, and maximum I want to spend is $300, if this sounds reasonable to you then please bid on this project. I want to whole thing to be in ASP.Net and SQL. I have to 2 Windows Servers and 1 Linux. I already have a few customers and want to build up on them. At the moment I only have 3 Hosting plans available, the info about them will be provided to the successful bidder. I have a few other projects as well which I am planning to outsource but it all depends on if I can find the right team to do it for me. I am based in US and would want regular updates on every project. I will be normally phoning to ask about the progress or would want the company to call me upon my reasonable requests. As everyone else I would also want to see some previous work relating to this project but it’s not compulsory. Design: I don’t like very high tech designs; something which has people and nature in them is more attractive to me. I don’t mind having a bit of flash but not too much as it slows down the performance of the website, This is what I think, if you can prove it otherwise than its all fine with me. But it should be something which is attractive to conclude. Payment: Payment will be made upon 100% completion (which means it will be installed on my server and tested by myself and you) of the project via PayPal or GAF Escrow. Non-Disclosure Agreement: Non-Disclosure Agreement will have to be signed by the bidder who’s bid is accepted.
