Create UML Documents

We need someone to create our UML documents for a new web site from simple functional descriptions we will supply. We need Actor/Function Diagrams, Flow Diagram for each process and perhaps other use case documents or any other docs you can suggest to fully document the application. Although we don't want to follow UML process exactly, we do want to have a comprehensive set of docs for business people and programmers. If you win this project, we will send you a summary of each component in the new web site and we would like you to return UML based visio constructed docs back to us quickly. We will pay you per document. We are building a web site which allows users to manage documents and rate users. We will give more details about the project only after project start.
