PC software request information data format： 2F 3F 8bytes meter address 21 0D 0A (13byte) b. Meter request answer data format: 02 59 54 4C 33 5C 50 8bytes address 0D 0A 02 8bytes balance credit 8bytes total credit 5bytes voltage 5bytes current 5bytes power 21 0D 0A 03 BCC （total 54bytes） note1：in this protocol, all BCC is the cumulative data from the second byte, adopt low 7bits, occupy one byte. note2：8bytes balance credit and 6bytes in the front of total credit are whole number, last 2bytes are decimal. 3bytes in the front of 5bytes voltage and current are whole number, last 2bytes are decimal. 2bytes in the front of 5bytes power are whole number, last 3bytes are decimal." other information to be supply.
