WRITER WANTED Hey! We’ve started an interesting project in April: an educational application has been launched in App Store and in Play Store under the name of Cheekyheads. The target age is 6-8 (wider target: 4-10), the target territory is the UK now. We received lots of positive feedback that’s why we decided to further develop the application. Cheekyheads is a digital library with an ever-growing number of self-published stories. All our stories consist of 5, consecutive episodes, with about 3000 characters (with spaces) (+-100 characters) each. Thus, one story is 15.000 characters long. Currently we deal with stories, which are public domain (eg. Jungle Book, Treasure Island) We have a list of about 100 stories, but now we need 12 stories to be done. We plan a crowdfunding campaign for the 88 other stories in October. The writer’s task now will be: 1. to write a modernised version of the story we give him/her (together about 15.000 characters per story) 2. to write episode titles, of 20 characters (with spaces) long We give the opportunity to write a creative work (you must retain the protagonist, antagonist, other main characters, and main plots in the story, but we don’t influence you in other things) We have USD1200 for the project (the 12 first stories).
