JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Full time job who can start right away
-Answer phone calls for most of the shift, using our dialer system
-Typical Shifts are Mon-Fri 11am-3pm Mountain Time (Denver), and 5pm-8pm MT. Additionally, you must be available to work Saturday 10am-3pm MT
-Approx. 30+ hours/week, Monday-Saturday
-Hourly pay, hourly rate Increases will depend on your performance & productivity within first 2 months. Bonuses may also be given for appointments set and deals done.
MUST HAVE:
-A quiet workplace without distractions or outside noise
-A decent computer headset with mic
-Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
-Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.
Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE PLUS.
NOTE:
-Need to be able to type at least 30 wpm inputting information while with the client is on the line.
-Need to be able to start immediately and speak near-native English
-Need to be reliable, showing up to work consistently everyday.
-Need to have a positive attitude and be willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to learn and improve as quickly as possible.
