I am looking to develop a solution that will be facilitated through a working application that will work on all major phones/gaming consoles and other electronics. What I require is for a simple product that interferes with radio frequency, ranging from a wavelength between 1GHZ-300GHZ. I require this app/product to emit a noise in stealth mode that is silent to the human ear and is efficient to use running in the background of say a phone but it emits this noise/sound it creates a bubble around the person using it but successfully interferes and prevents radio frequency wavelengths from being used on unsuspecting people. something that may or may not help develop a solution is: Wavelength = Speed/Frequency
