Web-based Multiplayer Trivia

I am interested in starting an online multiplayer trivia game. I just wanted to get a feel from you guys about how difficult it would be to do such a thing using ASP. I was in an mIRC chatroom and they had a “trivia bot?? ask questions and whomever answered the question first, got the points. It kept track of the scores for the day, week, and month. Does anyone have any suggestions or URLs to begin me on this project? If you're curious about any other specifics... - No time limit on the game. (Endless game) - Game format must include a timer that determines player's score based on how quick it was answered. - Chat feature - Scores must be stored - Displays scores to users between each question along with who got the question right - Points are awarded for correct answers. Wrong answers do not reduce score. - Point values decrease with time, faster responses gain most points. - Each question will be a question requiring an exact text answer - Display information about the question's answer after the timer runs out. - Display some statistics on how many users got the question right/wrong etc. - Ability to add/modify/delete questions through an administrative session. ## Deliverables Any help, ideas, pointers, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ## Platform IIS 4+
