Upgrade Angular.js and Build newer features in it. -- 2

Requirments: ------------ 1. We need to upgrade the existing project from Angular 3 to Angular 10 2. Need to update Admin screen to the >>[login to view URL] 3. Make changes to the Perscription writing screen in the existing project. We need to add video to the already existing application. 4. All the API's are ready and few are being developed soon. This means faster turn around time. 5. Our payment is strictly via escrow, milestones and no other ways. Please do not ask for outside payment methods 6.
