Build a Website

I have implemented something of this nature for a site in Alabama already. Full OAuth2.0 support. Email account verification. Reset password email verified process. UI all in Angular with bootstrap. Backend is an ASP.Net web api with SQL server to store the account information. Microsoft Identity Framework to handle most of the OAuth 2.0 features. With the Email Validation of account creation, the work flow is slightly different. Upon successful account creation you get notification to look for validation email. Upon unsuccessful account creation you get notification. Login screen has a forgot password link. Current implementation uses email address as login id but transition to phone number could be easily accomplished. Plus the email verification could be replaced with SMS validation if you are willing to pay an SMS service provider, as most of the hooks are already in place for SMS. The backend is MVC5 implementing REST Web service. Its all pretty straight forward
