I need an Android and IOS developer to develop a mobile app which has a panic button and geo beacons which sends a push notification when they arrive in a certain area. There also needs to be a back end system that monitors and tracks all panics received and would show the users location. Within the backend when a panic is received all nearest hospitals, police and emergency services need to come up with their contact details that can be sent directly to the end user. There also needs to be a tracking functionality which enables the back end operator to pull a record of client info and panics received
