Here is my problem: I have a proxy server addressed like at 123.1.1and port like 808. If I connect directly to this proxy from a device( like my laptop or smartphone) with the configuration for that proxy, the ip address changes fine. But if I tried to create a wifi hotspot from my laptop, the new created hotspot can't "preserve" the configured proxy for my smartphone. I need a guide or solution to have the new wifi hotspot "already" configured the proxy, so that when I connect my phone to that hotspot I don't need to do anything but the ip is still like "changed" Budget around $50, thank you.

A free peice of advice instead of hiring even me also download openvpn from Google for ur suitable distro and then set it up then go to ur name server settings and change them to 208.67.222
