Needed Flutter Expert with Push Notification

We have built the bulk of my first flutter app which is intended to display a webview but provide firebase notifications on iOS and Android. I have the basics of notifications working and the initial webview presenting and getting the firebase token. However I cannot get over the final hurdle of linking the notification to implement a loadUrl on the webview to change the display on click of a notification. Deliveries Complete project I have started and finish to get firebase notification to parse received data in particular the given URL in the firebase notification data payload and open in webview_flutter vwidget (I have been trying to achieve via a loadUrl). I have most of the project in place but need it needs completing. Clean code and add comments in your code lines.
