As you mentioned that you have the application already build in unity and want to solve some bugs and add features. One of the most important paradigms of working with existing code is to check the complexity. Sometimes code is too complex of the task of 2 days take 5 days and create problem in estimation. So I will need to go through the existing code and verify if it's workable and later I will give you the final comment on working together.
