Mobile App development using Flutter, Dart

On a high level, Its an Apartment management software, we just need ios & android app as well as a light weight small Web App, built & deployed to app / play store, firebase. You or your team will have to design the app so a good UX, UI skills are a must in addition to the ios, Android app, web development. App should allow Administrator, Manager, Owner, Tenant and Security Guard [login to view URL] logins are using mobile phone number and OTP's (one time password sent as an SMS to phone). Administrator (Web only): 1. Be able to onboard new Apartment complex and onboard all flats (blocks/phases and flat numbers for ex: Block 1A, 2003) 2. Be able to onboard building manager and other staff (security, cleaners etc) 3. Remove staff and buildings Building Manager (IOS / Android App): 1. Onboard owner, tenant and other building staff such as security, maid, cleaners etc. 2. Onboard new flats 3. Create maintenance issues, update them, comments, attach photos (max of 5) etc. 4. Create maintenance amount for each flat for every month (reoccurring, once off) 5. Create apartment events (for ex: New year eve) 6. Create a notice under noticeboard & run POLL Owner And Tenant (IOS / Android App): 1. For owners, they can add co-owners or tenants; for tenants they can add only co-tenants 2. be able to add their family members 3. Pre-approve guests who visits them so security guard allows them through 3. Raise new maintenance ticket 4. See maintenance amount due and pay amounts (using payment gateway such as PayU), this should mark the payment paid against the flat once paid. 5. View their flat details 6. Confirm yes / no to the events run by the manager 7. Pre approve a delivery request (similar to 3) 8. Be able to see noticeboards & vote poll Security Guard View (Android only - installed as an APK (not from playstore) on an Android device as launcher app and no other apps should work besides this on the phone & confined to one building, the installation is administered by the Administrator. If this is unclear, ask us for more details): 1. View pre-approved delivery requests to allow the delivery guy to go inside 2. View pre-approved guests to allow the guests inside 3. Add delivery / guest details such as photo of the person, name, phone number and the company if any he/she has come from. If this person is found in the system, skip registration. 4. If no pre-approved request is found, create a new delivery record with details and that should send a notification to the owner and wait for approval in real time, incase the notification is not actioned in time, an IVR call is made via App and wait for its instructions. If approved, allow the person inside otherwise restrict access. 5. View pre-approved members to visit the flat, such as maids, cleaners and cooks etc. Security can approve them with out Owner's interference. 6. Be able to onboard new staff such as security guard, cleaners, maids etc (but not building manager) All users should 1. be able to login using mobile number and an OTP (sent to their phone as sms) 2. be able to log out of the app 3. See the settings of their account where they can update their phone number, email address 5. Performance and security of the app has to be of high quality 6.
