Hi, I've done various transcribing jobs on freelancer and in my experience an hour of audio takes close to 6 - 7 hours for getting transcribed. This stands good if there are 2 -3 voices in an audio. In case there are more voices, the estimate could increase. My charge per hour for audio would be $65 (I get only $59 after freelancer fees deduction for 6 - 7 hours of work) I am willing to share a sample of my work with you for which I've done transcribing.
