I would like to apply for the position of Admininistration and Online Marketing Project Manager. I am an experienced VA for an Australian client with various tasks such as WordPress and other social media posting, ticket handling via Zendesk, data entry, research, basic photo editing, creating fillable PDF, worksheets and other school materials and ghost writing. I worked in an office-based set-up for 12 years basically doing administrative and project coordination. Managed a team of transcriptionists and captioners for 7 years and assisted developers and QA analysts for 5 years in a couple of companies both doing outsourced services for US clients. I also worked part-time for a couple of UK clients and another AU client, one as VA as well and creating T-shirt designs via Photoshop while the other as translation project manager for a transcription, translation and captioning company. For the AU client that is in the online retail industry, I did Zopim chat support, product entry and update via Magento, ebay one online website email support as well as coordination with on site store and warehouse.

From your description below I understand that you need someone to, on a daily basis, reply to emails and issue responses/documentation and report daily to you. How many emails need responding to on a daily basis? What is the duration of the task or is it ongoing? What is the turnaround time expected for each email? Does it matter what time zone your freelancer is working in? With regards to the Project Management of your Wordpress site, I have managed a number of small site using Wordpress occasionally having to make changes and updates myself. I also have some hamlet experience. Of the 20hrs per week, how many will be spent on supporting your projects and how many responding to the emails? Hi Based on the project description defined, my experience I strongly believe that I will meet your expectations and will be the best addition to your team. This is my first bid, My focus is on continues work so that project owner get the benefit of productivity gain and improved efficiency over period which in turn reduce the cost of project with the improved quality. Being Project management ( PMP- certified in 2005) and having experience of executing small and large scale projects I could bring value addition not only managing the project successfully but standardize the communication protocol which will improve the efficiency of team. Though I have lots of experience which meets the project requirement, I can't share as these projects were executed as employee hence I am not adding sample projects here.
