Design WordPress theme, install and populate content from current site into WordPress

I will set wordpress up with SEO by Yoast and Redirection and turn off posts and set up to be a website only. I need you to desing a theme that mirrors their current website design. It will need 3 x menus, top side and footer, and the home page also has some custom coding too. The current site's functionality is to retain - put all into the CMS including correcting the internal links, and allos pages to be edited in wordpress, including images in the library, etc. ## Deliverables The website is [login to view URL] Note there are 32 pages, including:Top menu if you click on any link reveals a 2nd menu on the left. And the footer menu is on all pages.
