Custom Windows 7 PE boot disc needed

I'm needing someone who is familiar with creating a custom Windows 7 PE boot disc so it includes a specific program I need added to it. I have the program and verified it will run with Windows PE, but I need someone with advanced skills to build the PE disc so it is customized the way I need it. The project will be awarded to a provider who has the ability to work with Windows 7 WAIK and build a custom disc that can boot up to a GUI Windows Desktop and allow for the user to select the program I need added to the custom disc. This will be the start of many changes that I will be making to the boot disc, and will lead to future projects for revisions to it giving them the opportunity to make more income in addition to this project. Please include with your bid, references to your knowledge of the process to build a custom PE boot disc, including any previous experience you've had with it. Be sure to let me know of any specific experience you have with the customization, such as adding a Desktop interface, custom image for the Desktop Wallpaper, a Start button, adding packages, personalizing it, etc. This will help me decide between providers if I need to chose between multiple bids. Experience is preferred over lower bids, if the price is competitive. For the most part, it will be a basic PE boot disc with the one program I mentioned added. A Desktop interface with custom wallpaper and clickable icon for the program I need as well. Please price for those features, any added items will be considered and the price adjusted if needed.
