.Net Desktop application

I have a need to build a desktop application. I am a solution architect with 17 years of development experience. I'm looking for a developer to take this up and get it done. All designs and structures will be provided. Essentially, there are around 50 forms, and half that in terms of reports. I'll provide further details to the top bidders.
