C#/WPF programmer

I'm looking for a veteran programmer in C# and WPF to develop a series of small & fun widgets and controls. For example, developing something like the circular progress bar here - <[login to view URL]> I'm looking for an ongoing relationship. Each week I will provide several small tasks, we will set the date for completion, etc. I'm looking for fast turnover and rapid communication as these projects need to be done in timely manner. ## Deliverables I would like to develop 2 types of circular progress bars. **Progress Bar 1 **take a look here - <[login to view URL]> I want to extend this control (or program it from scratch if it's easier) so: 1. I will be able to specify how many points to be drawn 2. I will be able to specify the radius 3. the progress will go from 0% to 100%. on 0% you see nothing. as it goes towards 100% more points appear to complete the circle (in the example points appear and dissapear, I only want them to appear one after another until the full circle is completed). (100% will look like this - <[login to view URL]>) 4. the background should be transparent. this progress bar can be drawn over any other element and still be shown you can either use a RotateTransform like in the example, or calculate the X,Y coordinates yourself. please have all the points in an array with opacity 0, and then turn each point, one by one, according to the %. **Progress Bar 2 **take a look at around 0:26 in this video - <[login to view URL]> See the circular progress bar? how it fills around the hand? this is what I want to accomplish 1. This progress bar should have a constant radius of 26 pixels. The radius doesn't need to be changed in runtime, but it should be relatively easy to change in design time. 2. it should look as close as possible to what's on the video. make sure there's a nice shadow effect
