DICOM IMPORT ENGINE PROJECT - PART 2 - Server Desktop Application.

Second part of DICOM Upload and IMPORT Project: - Part 1 of project will upload and store DICOM files to a specified folder. - Application will reguarly poll the folder for new exams to import. - Application will conform to standard DICOM 3 protocols. - Application will coordinnate with PART 1 app for a flag indicating exam upload is complete so IMPORT can begin. - Application shall read a local ini file to read application title header. - Application shall read a local ini file for specification of ICON file. - Application should minimize to System Tray. - Applicatioon in system tray should state status of engine, busy or at rest. - System tray icon RED when busy, other wise icon as default. - Application also to have setting to operate independant of PART 1. - Appliacation when operating independantly should allow user to open application and select desired folder to import from. - When Importing DICOM files the application needs to: - ignore and skip non-DICOM files. - the application needs to systematically look into all subfolders in independant mode.
