We need a good developer who can make Television Billing system. The billing system wil consist Windows client , who can connect to mysql server on linux. This system must support Adding , Listing users ( name , address , block , floor, phone , count tv receivers , pay to month ). The billing system must support month payment for user ( depend from count TV receivers ). It also need from Settings panel with TV company description and month price for 1 TV receiver. Hello, I have great Delphi experience and have developed numerous of database systems. This one wpn't be a challange for me. Although I don't have that much MySQL experience - the database won't be a problem. If you'd like I can develop the system using other databases that I've worked before (MS-SQL Server, Firebird/Interbase, PostgreSQL). It won't be hard to deliver the whole system within a week (debugging included). If you'd like I can develop it with Delphi 7 or Delphi 2007.
