Customise a blogger theme

We need a developer to make the following customisations to our blogger theme. We use the same theme in three blogs. 1. Fix the scrolling issue. 2. Fix the responsiveness of the logos. 3. Replace the gear icon with a cookie icon. 4. Remove dots from menu. 5. Fix the “Recent Work” video issue on [login to view URL] and replace the “Recent Work” section with a full bleed google map on [login to view URL] and paradisosholiday.blogspot.com. 6. The hover on Portfolio’s pictures should display the same options as the hover on Featured images (link and maximisation). 7. Replace the default slider with the provided jQuery Slider Plugin (Slider Revolution) on paradisosholiday.blogspot.com. 8. Customised the slider widget on [login to view URL] (remove shadow). 9. Add and customise the design of the attached Booking widget on bluemoonapartments.blogspot.com. 10. Customise the design of the header and footer of [login to view URL] according to the attached mockup.
