I have seen your current website, and i'm sorry if i am being harsh, but it is a tad bit old fashioned :) And from the basic guidelines of responsive mobile design, it is not suitable. There needs to be a major reconstruction of the basic layout, thus changing the design altogether would be the best approach in my opinion.
