I have a website design in powerpoint which I would like to be converted into html. The site needs to be responsive so that it works on a mobile device and a desktop sized window. Attached are some screenshots of the powerpoint slides to show the layout. I think a simple bootstrap/row/column based design would be great. There is no need to create a fully functioning website as we can create the backend/django framework, but we need help to make the html/js/css look nice!
