Cloning an existing website in HTML

Project is to clone an existing website which can be found at [login to view URL] in HTML. The original website was already developed as part of a GAF project and has a CMS functionality for managing the content. The problem with this CMS is that it does not give us enough flexibility to make the changes that we want and unfortunately we are no longer able to get into contact with the original developer (studiozplatoon). We would therefore like to receive an exact clone of this website in HTML so that we can edit the HTML pages in every detail that we need (we have knowledge of HTML). To this end, we will be able to deliver to our supplier all the original content that was used for developing the website as well as access to the current CMS system. We are hoping that this will make the job a fairly easy one. We encourage developers with knowledge of HTML and web design to put in a bid for this project.
