Change color of template/drop down menus

This is Jim Stoner. My Volution store ID is 01-948-830, edupractices.com. I need the following changes made to my template. I think I made bad choice in my purchase. Drop down menus Change the color scheme of bottom and top of page from brown and green to two shades of blue, the darker blue color for the larger brown area and lighter blue substituted foor the green area above it--colors on my logo I want the top green turned light blue as found in the logo I want the text in the about us, register with us, company info, customer service the shade of yellow in the logo or white text if you all think that is better Get rid of the Nav on left side, unless you might think I have a use for it. I'm not sure what its purpose is. When I put my curser over the top tab button it turns green. I want it to turn the lighter blue found in my logo I want the search button blue same with send button I want the part around the send the darker blue The black lines and text is fine unless you all think otherwise I want all the brown and green gone from the who template and substituted by the lighter and darker blues, even the green and yellow. I would like the white space on each side of the content part made perhaps a sky blue color--I really don't know about that.
