Build a Website

I need a simple website created using Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 for the Web. The website needs the following: 1. A section to register where you enter your username, password and email address. 2. Allows the person who registered to get an email confirmation that they've registered for the site. 3. Allows the person to reset their password. 4. Allows the person who registered and changed their password to get an email confirmation letting them know of the password change. No special design or content is needed for the website.
