I have a very basic ecommerce website that is in the process of being created ([login to view URL]) but I need help with some very specific features. For instance, all of our products can be fully customized down to the last detail but that is very difficult to display as I would end up having millions of products etc. but I will need a few product selections so that they have something to go off of. I would like to have something where the customer can interact with me and be able to tell me exactly what they are looking for with ease. Right now I have a contact form but it seems too complicated and when guests go to the site at first it seems like all you can do is purchase the product as it is in the picture(Which you can do but the whole purpose is to be able to customize until your heart is content). Also, I would be looking to possibly incorporate a deposit button etc. where the customer pays a percentage of the product to start production and then does not pay in full until they are completely satisfied and it ships. I hope all this makes sense, I'm not even sure if this is something that is possible and I dont even know of any other websites that do anything like this. Any ideas on how to make this more streamlined and user friendly will be taken seriously and I would be looking to use the person selected for all developmant work in the future. Happy Bidding!
