Auto Responder Set up

I have a start up company that is trying to utilize autoresponders to respond to potential customers. From a general mail box we need to be able to send the selected ones to the autoresponder and then be able to forward them to another webpage for ordering. I'm not really sure of all the workings of how but all the programs I've used so far have way to many steps to making this work for us. I'm hoping that we can setup something custom for us.
