Amend my Classipress Website Featured ad image size and resolve contact form problem

I have a classified Classipress website designed but the web designer having issues and cannot resolve my problems. Am putting this job up now. 1. To resolve the 'Contact Form' issue on the right side of the page as currently when buyers send an enquiry, his actual email address is not shown to the seller. It has something to do with my host problem and hence need a solution. 2. To increase the size of the 'Featured Ad Image' on the slider at the top of the page to a size of 40% its current size.
