Customize Turnkey Wordpress Theme / IDX Broker Platinum already installed and activated

I’d like to talk to someone about customizing my wordpress Real Estate IDX theme. Here is where I am currently. I have bought and installed the Turnkey theme from Agentevolution designed to work with the IDX Broker Plugin. [login to view URL] . Or if you can create a responsive custom theme that will work better I will consider that. I have bought, installed, and integrated IDX Broker Platinum plugin that will power the website. I need someone to do the design, layout, theme customization and create the non IDX information pages. I like the simple clean homepage look of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] Will have home search with auto completer (Plug-in Installed) Other form under “Join Real Estate 100” will use Gravity Forms Plugin (Developer Version Is Installed) Main menu Buying, Selling, Our Agents, Join Real Estate 100 3-5 other static information sub navigation pages under Buying, Selling, and Join Real Estate 100
